Hello,

I sent my package on February 25 and when I check on March 29, all I can see is it is on route to Canada. How can I get a detailed picture of shipment and if it reached final destination?

Hi Dale,

It was handed over to the carrier for transportation on March 2 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Canada after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

USPS tracking number - no way to call number listed... won't go thru (0 reply)

I need a USPS tracking number for my package that they said was delivered today. can't check with Post Office without a tracking number.. The tracking number I have is from China - it is AQ017387734CN. I also called the phone # listed on website ( +86 10 11185 and also tried calling +86 20 11185 )-- neither number would go through states is an invalid number.
