Ordered 30th November sent to Suzhou city 10th December. Sent to London Heathrow hub city 26th December. The tracking number does not seem to be recognised, can you please advise on this order.

I wish I had contacted you sooner. I sent my first enquiry to yourself on the 3rd. January 2017 I was so disappointed that I had not received my order for Christmas. I was sending tickets on my order to find out how my order was progressing but they just kept repeating what I could already see on my order. However much to my surprise I received my parcel today the 5th. January 2017. Two days after contacting "chinapostaltracking""

I think it has left China since Dec. 30 and in transit to London Heathrow hub now. You need to wait ten days for it to arrive UK. I'll inform you once it's in your country.
