Tracking number not updated

My tracking number has not been updated since Feb 20: LZ638477365CN.
It says that the package has completed customs but hasn't been handed over to DHL. How much longer will it take and what is the update?

Hi Yulia,

You'd better contact DHL Paket in Germany to check it for you. If they couldn't find it, contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution in time.
