Tracking Numbers LZ094216913CN and LZ094216887CN Fraud Deliveries

|

We have been messaging to the company from which two families here in Spain ordered LEGO merchandise and paid in May 2020. In June 2020 both our families received a lightweight parcel with a fake pair of Gucci sunglasses. We have proven this to the seller company as best possible. The seller has not made any effort to prove to us what merchandise was sent. Can you send us a shipping list of the above two shipments? Thank you.

Hi Abigail Smith,

Sorry, we couldn't provide the shipping list of the two shipments. If you receive Gucci sunglassed, it's a scam.

I want to know if my package exists or it may be a fraud (1 reply)

I believe that I have been a victim of fraud. I was given a tracking number of LV431662704CN and China Post as supposed carrier, and i want to know if my parcel actually exists or better report it as a fraud. Thanks!

20 packages NOT delivered despite tracking saying it did!!! (0 reply)

Has ANYONE had any joy getting ANY productive answers form China Post about their wayward deliveries???
As a government backed company one would assume that all would be done to a professional standard BUT the number of complaints and NON answers proves otherwise.
Interpol is the only International regulatory body that can assist the many customers that have been defrauded??? Interpol first request contacting the seller then the Chinese Embassy and if there is still no joy get back to them.
If we all bombard the Chinese Embassy with complaints with the threat of Interpol involvement then the embarrassment should reach the highest level of the Chinese government and something should be done.
Dealings with China will be less should this fraud be allowed to be perpetrated and China can not afford to lose billions of dollars of transactions by exercising flagrant incompetence and fraud.
