I was wandering if you have away to know which courier service in Colombia is the one in charge of the delivering of my package because, according to the tracking number #AS811441631CN, the package had arrived on november 27 but it have not been deliver it tome.

Hello my package with AM356499191CN tracking number was delivered to my country Istanbul, Türkiye. At least on website it’s like that however i haven’t receive my package since 06/19/2023 -the date that my package delivered to Istanbul- When i want to check my package where it is i couldn’t see any new information.
