Hello,
I ordered a package from China that says it was delivered to Pitney Bowes in California, but the package was supposed to be delivered to me at 1377 Armorlite Drive, San Marcos, CA, USA. I tried getting information from the USPS, but they told me I need to ask you to contact them. The tracking number is GCXUF3010402742YQ using GCLG carrier.
Thanks very much for your help.

My package seems stuck in California and usps says I need to talk to you guys not them. After waiting weeks for any update at all, the package finally left China in early May and last week updated arriving in California with GCLG tracking # GCXUF3012023779YQ, Shows it cleared customs in LA, California on June 20, then arrived June 26 at shipping partner facility with “USPS awaiting item”, then also June 26 “inducted into PitneyBowes center” in Brisbane, California. No movement or update since then, now a week ago. When I check with USPS, they doesn’t recognize your tracking number, so say they don’t have it and tell me to check with you guys. Can you give me a USPS tracking number to follow for the rest of the trip (my home is in Atlanta, Georgia) or to find out if/why it is stuck? Or get me that answer directly if it’s really still with you? Thanks! Kasey [email protected]
It's not delivered to your address. You need to contact the seller to confirm if they filled the right address for your package. They should refund you as you don't receive it.
