I was hoping someone might be able to provide info on how I can track a package that was sent via China Post. The most recent update I can get is that it arrived in New York 08/13/2019.
The China Post tracking number was UT026778543CN. The address that it was going to is in Martinsburg WV 25401.
I understand if you can’t give me specific info on my package, but if someone could let me know that the normal process time is & when I might expect to receive it, that would be greatly appreciated.

To my experience, you couldn't get the package stuck at the Secondary Processing Center. It may be returned back later. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

It left China on August 22 and en route to Saudi Arabia now. If you couldn't get it within two months, it's not normal. Remember to open a dispute on AliExpress or contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible if you couldn't get it before the delivery deadline.
