Hello Daisy, I have tried to contact the seller via email, but the email failed as the message was deemed too old. I am not able to contact the seller. Kind regards, Jann Dring.

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
