tracking says delivered Mar 3rd....but it was NOT delivered to me !

How do I know who the carrier was who says this was delivered ? It did NOT come to my address and I would like to know where it went ..Contacting seller does no good , all they do is "reach out" to shipping company .

Hi Charles Edwards,

If you don't get it, you can only contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation and provide you with the proof.
