Tracking says my goods were delivered

Apparently my goods were delivered on the 22/09/2025 but they are not at my home. I have been home all week and there has been no delivery, I have checked neighbours but not there. Can you please follow up on this delivery for me. All the details were correct for the address. Regards Jennifer

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
