Your website shows tracking information for the above number, which I purchased on 10/25. It shows all tracking information, customs clearance, etc, up to November 6th, where it shows delivered. However I received no package. The USPS needs to know their tracking number that was transferred from you so as to see where it might be. Do you have that information, please? Otherwise I will assume it was never actually shipped or something like that. A quick response would be much appreciated.

After that your tracking shows "Delivered", but that is wrong. I was at home and nobody delivered any package! Also no further information received.

Tracking number AS13501610CN shows the goods have been delivered but I haven't received the goods. Can you please help by sending me the name of the carrier you used to deliver to me in the UK so as I can contact them directly as to where my goods are.
