Parcel shows DELIVERED on 12 Febuary 2021but that is not true! Nothing received!

System Shows "Item presented to customs". Also " customs process finished".
After that your tracking shows "Delivered", but that is wrong. I was at home and nobody delivered any package! Also no further information received.
Would you please be so kind to check where my package is and at which address it was delivered and who did sign? Since weeks nothing changes at your tracking Information Thanks

Hi Tina,

Sorry, we could only find it was delivered on Feb.12. The address couldn't be known. You need to let the sender in China call China EMS service number 11183 to further check it and give you a reply. If you don't receive it, the seller should give you a solution at last.

I have checked the tracking of my parcel which is saying that it has been delivered but this is not true.
The delivery address has someone there the whole time and no parcel was delivered or any attempt to deliver has been made.
If there is the opportunity to contact the courier I would be grateful to have their contact details to make a direct enquiry.
The tracking number for my parcel is: AM075852903CN
Please let me know as soon as possible.
