My parcel QBS196098838CD shows delivered to Alto 15771 from tracking number but I haven't received any parcel this from china to Greece by QingBei supply please can explain to me where you delivered my parcel in Greece

Package says delivered, but haven’t received anything. Does not show a carrier or nothing just says delivered or delivered in the United States so just need answer of where it is.
