I wanted to ask why on the tracking site it shows that my parcel has been delivered for 8 days yet I have not received the parcel

tracking NUmber AG467743292CN shows as delivered on 11/22 to somewhere in Tennessee. Was supposed to be delivered to Maryland at 2201 Philadelphia Rd Edgewood md 21040.
