Tracking says package delivered but did not received.

On China Post tracking it said delivered, but did not receive said package. Ask neighbor’s nobody received said package. Always people in house who can receive if delivered to right address or house. How do i know where and whom received my package or will it be refunded or replaced.

If it's delivered but you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to check where it was delivered for you. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
