Tracking shows repeated domestic transfers

Hi,
My package tracking shows that after 10 days, my package only moved from Hangzhou to Guangzhou and still hasn't even reached Guangzhou, why is this?, when is it expected to leave Guangzhou?, are there more steps before it is sent internationally?, and how much longer am I expected to wait to receive it?

Hi Riri,

It's delayed in Guangzhou now. The delivery time couldn't be guaranteed. You'd better track it often to see.
