Tracking Status

I have two packages from two different purchases and they both still have not reached the USA and have had a status of originator is preparing to dispatch since April 16th. When will my packages arrive in the USA? I have never had this issue before.

Hi Renada,

They left China round April 16 and 17. These two packages takes about 20-40 days to reach after leaving China. There is no information when it heads for the US. When it arrives, there will be further update.

My parcel was shipped on the 17th of November 2021 from Guangzhou to the US but has not been delivered. The last tracking status was on the 22nd of November with status “Arrived at Destination “.
