Tracking Update

I shipped an item with tracking # UH025553932US on July 20, 2020 and it still says it's in transit as of July 26, 2020. How can it take so long to ship, as it's been over 2 months at this point? Is there a way to track the item to see if it reached it's destination because I can only get a refund once I get confirmation it has been delivered? Thanks.

Unfortunately, my local USPS can't offer any tracking info and I was told to contact the China post to see if you can help. I appreciate any help you can offer, thanks.

The address is not a clear one. Also, there is no phone number of the recipient. So, it couldn't be delivered.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me. Do you have any way to confirm for a fact it wasn't delivered, as PayPal will ask for something like this in order to process a refund? I really appreciate your help, thanks so much!

Sorry, we couldn't provide that to you. You can provide tracking result screenshot to Paypal.
What's the destination city? It's not normal that it's stuck in Shanghai for so long time. You'd better contact USPS to give you a solution if it couldn't be delivered in time.
