Hello,
my shipment ZC00839116599 is on way from 16.4. and according tracking websides is now in Poland many days. Please send me information why is it in poland and when will be delivered to me.

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong?
