I am writing in response to your recent message regarding my shipment. I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling and communication concerning my parcel.
Tracking number: CP401674027CN
Initially, I was informed that my bag was lost, but now you state that it was delivered to Egypt on June 30. This is clearly impossible, as the parcel was sent from China on June 23—there is no feasible way it could have been delivered within such a short time frame, especially considering the earlier claim of it being lost.
Furthermore, I have already contacted the Egyptian Post, who have confirmed that no such delivery has taken place. This means that the tracking information provided by China Post is incorrect or misleading.
I demand that China Post conduct an immediate investigation to locate my bag and provide a clear and verified update on its current status. If the parcel truly cannot be found, I insist that you initiate compensation procedures without further delay.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I expect a prompt and transparent response, along with either the recovery of my parcel or full compensation for its value.

Dear China Post Customer Service,

I am writing once again regarding my undelivered parcel, which I have previously reported as missing. I initially received one reply from your team stating that the package may be lost, but since then, I have sent several follow-up emails without any further response or resolution.

It has now been [over five months] since I sent it, and the continued lack of communication is unacceptable. I respectfully request an official confirmation of the parcel’s status and clear instructions regarding compensation or claims procedures for lost mail.

How many times do you have to write already? Where is my package? 2 months have already passed and I have not received the package, I urgently request to update the logistics information, 2 months it has not been updated, I request the law, otherwise I will sue you for grabbing my package and stealing it, give me an urgent response.
