Hi,

In tracking this package I had posted, it states the following.
“ Your item is being held in Customs at 3:06 pm on December 14, 2019 in GUANGZHOU, CHINA”

How may I get this packaged released to the sender?

Hi Grace,

The recipient in China should have got a notice about how to get it. You'd better contact the recipient to ask if he has receives a message on his phone.

Thank you for your reply. Would you please tell me how I can find the USPS tracking number for my package AM734023526CN once it was handed off to USPS. The package was reported to have been delivered a week ago but it was not. With no USPS tracking number I cannot investigate further. This appears to be a blind spot in your use of USPS for last mile delivery.
