This kind of parcel starting with U is called china post ordinary parcel. None will scan such parcel after it left China. So None can know its exact location at this moment.
I believe the parcel is still on the way to UK. Since China Post ordinary parcel has very very low priority to get airline space and sorting service in UK.
As now is Xmas shipping season, based on our experience, you still need 10 to 30more days to get it in Italy. This is just my opinion for your reference.
