I ordered online and I was able to track the shipment, but after that, I could no longer see it. Is this purchase valid and is it being shipped? The number is MT500000629273EX.

Hi Halid,

It's shipped by Meng Tu Supply Chain (萌兔供应链). There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reason is the sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
