My parcel with Tracking ID: RV471986494CN is showing returned more than 15 times. Whats going on with this? Whats wrong with my parcel? why it is not moving on ? Why airline is not accepting my parcel?

My package that was purchased on August 27,2021, tracking #. AQ846395139CN. As if 9.8.2021, The shipping information is showing Null. What is the problem with my purchased shipment.
It couldn't be pass the check. What's in it? It was delivered to air transport again on August 10 again. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
