As of monday it is said "Semi-tracked mix bag arrived in NL" in the tracking tool. What does it mean ? UD986226856NL

I did a research on the Internet and it looks like when people get "Semi-tracked mix bag arrived in NL" the package is prolly lost for ever because I checked tracking # posted by some people on forums a few months ago that were stucked in "Semi-tracked mix bag arrived in NL" and there was no newer step on the tracking tool until now. This is really worrying.
