I have ordered my package on 2019-02-04. It has been fully shipped according to the seller. I have received a tracking code that I can use. Whilst tracking the package, I was wondering why it has been to the Netherlands and then went back to China. I am very disappointed that I still haven't received my package and that I did not get information about it. I would like to hear from you what the status of my package is and when I can expect to receive the package.

However, after the package failed to deliver (I received no message or call), the package somehow was sent back and the last time the specific location was given was one month ago in Shanghai. And the website shows that package was sent to another carrier. Is the package was sent back to the Netherlands? How can I have my package????
