My shipment was at your stores since 25th of june 2018 and still not arrives yet please i need informations about my shipment and where is it located now!?

It has left China on June 28 and in transit to your country after that time. As it has been over two months, that's not normal. It may be delayed or lost on the way. You'd better contact the sender to check it for you and give you a explanation and solution.
