Where is my shipment?

Hi,

I did not get my order. According to the tracking information it was returned to the sender because of an incomplete address. Why did nobody call me to clarify the address?
I Sent an email to the company email address, and no sufficient answer or clarification. Could you please help me to clarify the situation with the shipment?

You need to contact the sender send it again to you after confirm the right address.
