Pls i need to find out about my orders with tracking number RV568028782CN and RV569555431CN ,why is the tracking not updated for over 70days? i ordered my goods from Alibaba , pls how can i know the status of my orders because the tracking shows there was no any updates for over 70 days now?

Hi jonachai,

According to the latest tracking information, they couldn't be passed the customs check and are still stuck at the customs now. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
