Why my tracking number is showing someone's name?

I have a problem with my tracking number RG013493445CN I phone the post office and says it's not my parcel they is another person name on it I want to understand why? My package was meant to be delivered to cape Town sail street Espanol Bloubergsand 7441 and it's in another province chech for me what's going on with my package.

Hi Robertchipeta,

You need to contact the seller to ask if he gave you a wrong tracking number by mistake. Another situation is that the seller filled the lable wrongly.
