Hi hahaxx,

It's not normal for it. It may be lost or delayed. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate what happends to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Could you please advise the status of my item. When I checked your website the status tracking said, "Cleared and waiting for international departure". This was on the 2nd of April, it has 12 days and there has been no tracking status update. Could you please help
