Hi Scott Bailey,

It's shipped by WUYOUExpress. You need to contact the seller to check it for you through contacting WUYOUExpress if you don't receive it. If you couldn't receive it at last, you need to contact the seller to refund you.

Your website shows tracking information for the above number, which I purchased on 10/25. It shows all tracking information, customs clearance, etc, up to November 6th, where it shows delivered. However I received no package. The USPS needs to know their tracking number that was transferred from you so as to see where it might be. Do you have that information, please? Otherwise I will assume it was never actually shipped or something like that. A quick response would be much appreciated.

JCY0714015646DH tracking number. Shows delivered but it hasn't and the map shows somewhere nowhere near my town, yet shows being delivered to my zip code. I don't even recognize where it says it was delivered, but it's very far away from where I live.
