Hello,. My parcel has been in transit for 47 days now, and and the tracking data hasn’t changed in 41 of those days.. The sender has attempted to contact china post, however they had said to contact Australia Post and that it has arrived in Australia.. I have done that and they have no record of the package even leaving china. I’m starting to think the package has been lost and China Post is refusing to admit it.. Are you able to pinpoint to location of my parcel and provide me with an update on its condition and movement.. If not how do I lodge an official complaint about the service?. Thank you.

MISSING PACKAGE - GZ0001126245YQ

I ordered a 32" flat screen TV from Highlandhome to be delivered to my home address in Fortitude Valley, Australia. . I have been tracking this via ChinaPostal tracking, CP order reference number which shows this was delivered to Fortitude Valley Mail Processing Center on 24th June and was then apparently delivered to my home address on 27th June 2025, although I have not received this!. . I have now been to the Fortitude Valley Mail Processing Center last Friday and again today and they have no record of receiving the item. . They suggested I contact China Post immediately and confirm the details of the order and delivery with you. I need China Post to confirm the following information urgently please:. 1. Is the tracking number of my order and item GZ0001126245YQ from China Post correct?. 2. Has or would the China Tracking order number been changed once received in Australia? If the track8ng number has changed or is incorrect, please advise an updated correct tracking number.. 3. What Courier Service in Australia has been used to collect and deliver the package in Australia? Please advise name 9f the Australian courier company used and their contact details should I need to follow them up directly.. 4. If the package has been delivered to an address in Fortitude Valley, please confirm where the Courier has delivered the item.. I would appreciate an urgent response please to my above queries as I have been waiting a long time for this to arrive and am now concerned that it has been delivered to an incorrect location, or has n9t been delivered at all.. Hi, my name is Teo, I ordered an item from China and they gave me the tracking number ZA00513517701 . Today I saw the tracking status and it showed that the shipment was delivered yesterday at 4:15 PM. I haven't received the package yet even though I was at home at the time, but when I contacted the senders, they told me that I need to contact China Post, they will tell me about my delivery service now. I hav'nt recieved my parcel

Hi my name is Aysha, i ordered an item from china and they gave me tracking no ZA00201708801, a day ago i saw tracking status and it was showing delivered where as i didnot recieved my parcel yet, but when i contact the senders they said i have to contact china post they will let me now about my carrier.. why cant i contact china post from canada

i tired contacting china post from Canada the number didnt work how can i fix this and is there any other way i can contact them? my package has hasnt gotten any updates in a while and taking a concerning time to deliver at my house

The package is shown as Delivered, however, it has not been delivered.

Dear China Post,. I have ordered an item on AliExpress and it has been shipped to me by China Post. The tracking number is AT558879198CN .. Somehow in the system it is shown as Delivered (first on December 4, 2024. Then delivered again on December 9, 2024 which is quite strange with two delivery dates). However, in reality is has unfortunately not been delivered, and I have not received it. I do not know where that package may be at this time. The seller on AliExpress recommended that I contact China Post so that you could initiate tracing the package..
