Do not buy from Chinese companies, they are a scam, “Aliceuia.com” is a scam, it says that the package was delivered and it is a lie.

Item says delivered in Fort worth Texas when it was suppose to come to cleveland. Company stopped responding and I had to file a claim with paypal ,which is how I paid .

Like so many of you, this is a joke and a scam. I purchased plumbing goods through Fruugo UK AKA Fruugo.com Ltd, which uses the seller Diagon Alley Store in China. The goods arrived in the UK on the 9th and were due for delivery on the 11th of April (showed they were in my town) and then they were suddenly diverted to the US (possible refusal by the Royal Mail due to counterfeit goods). At least that is what I think, anyway. I have requested a chargeback with my Bank and will be refusing delivery (if it ever does turn up). I also reported it to Trading Standards and Action Fraud UK. I think like everyone else, I was given fake tracking notifications. I can't wait to get the delivery now so I can refuse it and take photographic evidence, but like I said, if it happens!

My package was marked as delivered, but never arrived. There wasn't even an information card in the mailbox or any other indication that someone was actually here to deliver. I find it extremely dubious and annoying to be treated like this after such a long wait.

Package been in transit over 27 days. I paid for express shipping! Tracking says it's been at the facility in my home town. I'm the post master in the small town it supposedly is in transit in. What a joke! Scam! Day after I ordered from weenalee the site disappeared.
