Order date was Oct 1st. I received an email stating that it was stuck in customs and they refunded my money. Two days later they said it was delivered and took the money back out of my account. As of November 1st I have not received my order. I have tried to contact them, they say I have to talk to Amazon. Trying to get any response from them is frustrating. Not happy with China Post or Amazon right now.

I never received my package! Between Track718 and ChinaPostal, you will never find out who or what happened to your package. And good luck finding out who ChinaPostal gave it to for the final delivery, I'm still trying to figure that one out.

Ordered end of August. Was able to track it for a few weeks and suddenly no information is found. Seller doesn't reply... So prob all fake. Lesson learned to not order cheap shite from China I would say

I ordered two e-bikes from omira.com website 10.04.25, paying Xtra for xpress shipping - what a joke!! The tracking number is just something to lead you on as mine has been stuck in GA (del address is in GA) for 6 days. If this is your courier - buyer beware and for goodness sakes stay away from omira.com it's a scam!! Website is no longer available even. They got me good but won't do it again!!

I opened a fake website kikobeautydis.com by mistake. It was an ad appearing on snapchat showing product from kiko milano and I didn’t realise that it was fake site and looking at the sale i ordered impulsively later regretted. They sent me this tracking number and more that 10 days it is still in the transit, and now i am sure it is not coming and website, tracking number all is fake. So beware guys.
