Another item that was not delivered, Frederica shop scam.

I was sceptical and really scared to order from Overseas. It took 4 weeks but once the Tracking is activated on the system, you can follow the progress. My package arrived in good condition at my local post office. The problem lies with the companies we order from that advertise that delivery will be within a week. In my opinion, China Post is a good courier.

The worst ever ! Such a scam. Provides tracking number and says delivered (mind you after 1 month) and the delivery never arrived. No picture no call no nothing ! Don’t understand why we allow such fraud companies to operate in Australia. I want u to know you stole from orphaned children’s Christmas presents.

NEBVER order something on Maison Montrel web site. They are using China Post as the delivery system, it takes 36 days to be "delivered", but nothing really arrives, the parcel was not delivered, and impossible to get in touch with anybody to localize the parcel. So do not use CHINA POST or MAISON MONTREL to order something online !!

This shows as delivered yesterday 11/23 but i do not have the items in my mailbox nor my doorstep. I waited for over a month to have Chinapost deliver to the wrong address or claim to be delivered when it wasnt. Provide me proof that this was delivered with details of where it was left at so i can file a police report.
