Hi There,
I am returning 2 products back to the seller in China. Packages have been held awaiting customs clearance since July 3 and July 8.
Tracking are: LK276823603AU and LK277244693AU.
Seller is not refunding until they receive the packages.

They are waiting for the receiver in China to pay for the tax now. The receiver can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment. You'd better contact the seller to do that for you to get it released.
