Packages in import customs for clearance

Greetings,
My package RX110103118JP is in import customs since August 4 and RX110610914JP is also there since today (August 18). Both packages are coming from Japan to my PO box in China, now both are stuck at import customs and I have not received any information on how to proceed as I live in Chile. How long I have to wait? If I do nothing, will the shipment be returned to the sender? I need your help please, thanks in advance

Thank you for your reply. Could you track my package because since August 4 I have not received any updates on its status at customs? This is my tracking number RX110103118JP

Hi Kareen_9228,
It's still stuck at the customs now. If you could require the receiver to contact the customs to let the customs return back, that's much faster.

In most case, it will be returned back to the sender if the receiver in China doesn't contact China customs.
