Hi ! My package says it was "delivered by airline " on may 18th, the tracking code is " LX134341341CN " i don't really understand what this means and it was supposed to be delivered today, can someone help me?? thank you.

Hi ana sofia,

It was delivered by airline on May 18 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Portugal after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
