2 weeks at a us Express processing facility and not tracking

My package has been is a us "Express delivery arrival processing center" facility for almost 2 full weeks and ive yet to get a tracking number for usps. Usps cant look into it because the lacking tracking number and i cant even get an address for the location of the facility even though its local. Is there any way for china post to reachout to usps to get an update or atleast a usps tracking number?

My package currently says that it left a New Jersey facility on February 28th. I haven't gotten any update since then. Doesn't even say it's delayed or missing.

I understand Covid stuff can make stuff slower, but why would this kind of thing happen where it leaves and then is just not moving? The journey from there to this facility has been smooth, and it should be at most 2 days from my house, but it's been over 2 weeks.
