I've never used this company before and when I bought my items I was told they would take three days, being shipped from the US... None of this is true. Now my package tracking says delivered to carrier for transportation (Hong Kong). What does that even mean? Is it in America yet?

It's shipped by Guangzhou Red Cloud International Trade Co., Ltd. (红云邮贸). Tracking information shows it's shipped from Shenzhen and is in Hong Kong now. It will be transited to the USA later.
