My mother sent me a package from Spain. It has been already almost one month and still no information from where in China the package is. Since it left Spain, the tracking has not been updated. How can I know if it will arrive at some point?

There will be update when it arrives in China. You'd better wait for more days to get update. It should be delayed in Madrid.
