In August 2025, I sent from Bucharest / Romania a small package with a defect watch for repair to Cronos watch producer. The package no CO964982235RO was delivered by Romanian Post (Posta Romana) to China Post and it is somewhere in China (after Beijing, it went to Shanghai). But it did not arrived at its destination.
Can you please help to identify where the package is and support to deliver it to the Destinatary?
I would be very much appreciate your support in this matter.
