Hi, I'm interested to buy Chongqing annual stamps 2018 or 2017 for my collection. May I know where I can buy it from ? Can I buy from any of the post office there ?

You'd better go to a large post office in Chongqing to ask. I think they sell Chongqing annual stamps 2018 or 2017 there.

Here are two post offices sell stamps. China Post office doesn't provide email service. So, I couldn't provide you with their email.
中国邮政(九龙坡区邮政局) : China Post Jiulongpo District Post Office
重庆市九龙坡区杨家坪珠江路22号: Address: No. 22 Zhujiang Road, Yangjiaping, Jiulongpo District
中国邮政渝中区邮政局解放碑投递站 七星岗邮局: Qixinggang Post Office, Jiefangbei, Yuzhong District
较场口新民街48号: No. 48, Xinmin Street, Jiaochangkou
