Hey, would it be possible to get a status update on my package, it has been at the same status for about 2 weeks now. The tracking number is LO863123572CN

Hi Dylan,

It has left China and is in transit to your country now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. It may be delayed due to coronavirus.
