I’m expecting a package under AWB AQ324928597CN your site says that it has been delivered, but the package has not been received. I have contacted the local postal service who advise they have no record of the package. Please advise

According to the tracking information, AQ324928597CN was delivered on June 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I'm unaware of this courrier having fleets in NB Canada. I assume where it landed in USA then had to cross the border into Canada that the Courrier changed?
