According to the tracking information, AQ668376710CN was delivered on April 10. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

My tracking number is AT526048066CN and my address is 11 Beale Court, Scory Close, Crawley, England, RH11 8NU . I have ordered something and i’m not going to be home for the time it’ll be delivered as i’m on holiday, no one else will be home so could they either put it in the letter box or can I send it to another address with a different post code

I ordered something from Amazon and it’s getting delivered through China post. They said they attempted to deliver 2 times. One at 6:30am. We were home but sleeping. My dog would have barked if someone knocked or rang the bell. They said they tried at 2:57. My husband was home. No one came to the door. I was home all day today and no attempts. What do I do? I would like my package that I ordered.
