Arrival at processing center

My package has been "arrival at process center" since March 8. Why is that?

If it's not moved after that, it may be lost or delayed due to some reason. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and the seller should open a case to check it for you in time.

Arrival at mail processing center in german? but where? over 10 days no delivery (3 replies)

hi,
my tn AQ324803535CN says arrival at mail processing center. but why is there no delivery for 10 days, although the status says it is meanwhile in germany? the seller isnt answering, so i dont know which carrier he would use in germany. nowhere it says more than arrival on 15th june at mail processing center.
