Arrived at pickup depot

My package is almost a week at a pickup depot but do I need to pick it up or what? And if I need to pick it up where am I supposed to go?

Hi Anoniem,

Is the package tracking number starting with A? If so, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in your country. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier if you need to pick up. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
