AS811560236CN , order status delivered, but no item delivered, reply ASAP

My parcel code : AS811560236CN
It says it was delivered on March 1st, but no package was received that day, no one signed that we received the package, there's literally nothing .. not even a paper to tell us where the package currently is (a post office or warehouse)!
I need to get this parcel before end of this week, as I'm leaving Germany then!
-Where's the parcel now ? how can we get it in the shortest time ?
-Where's the proof of delivery if it got delivered ?
-Who is the delivery agent in Germany ? I can't find anyone to contact except for china post !
