Hi my name is Jakob Matheson and I was just emailing you to find out where my item with this tracking number is: UM136775822US.

I live in Australia and I have been tracking this item for a few weeks now and I have noticed that it was being shipped from New York to Hong Kong when It should be coming to Australia.

I ordered this item off of Madison Beer's official shop website in June and it only got shipped out in October.

It is now nearly November and I am still yet to receive my parcel.

I was just wondering if there was anything you guys could do, or should I just wait until November 18 when the item is due to arrive in Australia?

So I ordered something from Yostar and my shipment says "Undelivered". It also says the reason why it was undelivered is because they couldn't locate the recipient. What does it mean by that? By recipient, does it mean me or something else? Did they somehow get my address wrong? The last update I saw on the tracker is that the shipment has left the processing center, on October 22, 25, and 28. What should I do in this situation? Do I contact my local carrier/post office or do I just be patient and wait?

I ordered a item off eBay on the 28th of September and it's been sitting in Shanghai ready for departure to my country New Zealand since the October the 3rd, and it's still there now, it's now the 24th of November, it was suppose to be here on the 18th of November, it's been nearly 2 months, my tracking number is LE192189912CN, hope you can help.
