Box from China to Italy

I need ship a box size 70x70x70 cm weight 9kg from China to Italy, I ask in the office post of Chengdu, they said I can’t for oversized, it’s true?

Hi Damiano,

Packages sent to Italy should be within 20kg. Greatest dimension should be less than 1.05 meters and the length + width should be less than 2 meters. The size of your package exceeds this, so, they couldn't send it for you.

if I change the box size 60x60x65 is ok?

60x60x65 is not okay.
